Bain Real Estate named Best in Kent 2011 for Real Estate Brokers and Agents, presented by the US Commerce Association. Bain given 5 star award for 2011 by an independent survey conducted by Crescendo Business Services Bain Real Estate was founded in 1983. David Bain sought to create a group of professional real estate agents that would work as a family and be a vital part of their communities. We have also taken our community service global, and are proud to have joined Kiva, a non profit organization that gives out micro loans to entrepreneurs in developing countries. To date we have given out 64 micro loans. All have been paid back and the money reinvested in new loans. We love Kent Connecticut and we even produced our own video featuring Kent as a place to live. Our beloved Litchfield area was featured in an article in the New York Times by Seth Kugel: Litchfield County, Easy on the Wallet. Chris Garrity, his partner came on board in 1988.
